Trying to log on to check my credit card balance but can't get even get to enter ident. number. Anyone else having issues??

Very slow but got to enter my ID and security then it came up with the following message.

Sign On Error
Authentication Failed
Please contact your system administrator for assistance regarding this error.
Adapter: ProductHoldingAFM2FA

The mobile app was also slow but I did eventually get in.

Seems to be slowly coming back. Just managed to use the app.

Grindingly slow earlier on the app and wouldn't let me get as far as making a payment. The website isn't working either - trying to log on just redirects me to a page that says that "online applications are currently available" even though I'm trying to reach an existing account, not open a new one...

Hi, Same problem here. I phoned them up and they told me that their system had gone down, and that they were working on it to get it back up and running. We'll just have to be patient with it. Hope this helps

Just managed to get in via the app and send a couple of payments. The website still seems to be down.
