citroen C3 Front screen washer not working.

No noise from motor.


Fuse seems to be ok.


Suggestions to try and diagnose fault and possible fix?


Tried google but run out of ideas.

of you are competent , check for power at pump , if not take it to a dealer

of there is power (when washer pressed) then pump has failed , if no power , switch or wiring

If you are certain the fuse is OK - have you replaced or metered the fuse to check rather than just looking at it ? - then you need to check if you are getting voltage at the pump which unfortunately involves grovelling underneath the car behind the bumper.

Tried another fuse so think no fuse problem. I'll see if I can get to pump via bumper tomorrow. Thanks for help!!

Could be a short in the wiring causing the fuse to blow, so replacing the fuse just blows it? (Meter the fuse to check it's not blown).
