Any advice about appealing a penalty charge notice received for brand he Road /rotherhithe tunnel approach.
As the owner I am responsive although I was not the driver.
Apparently the cameras have only been recently fitted .
Is it easy to contest?

If this is a council issued penalty then you will be better taking this over to our friends on pepipoo.com who are the council and police motoring experts. We specialise in private parking charges here on MSE so don't really have the expertise to help you.
Register on pepipoo with a non-Hotmail email address, read the FAQs, then post both sides of your redacted penalty charge with your query.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
