On welcoming pack Egg stated my 0% for balance transfer expires in July, and they are offering an anniversay 0% balance transfer for five months in December until 2007. However I emailed Egg and they told me via their secure message service its in September. My mum applied for Egg in Feb and 0% balance transfer was until September so surely mine would be around July as the letter stated. If they charge me do you think this email I got back off them is my backup? This would mean the money in the stooze pot will stay longer.
The email I got back..
Dear Monki
During your introductory period, interest will be charged at 0% on any balance transfers or purchases you make on your Egg Card. This period will end on your purchases on July 1st 2005.
Balance transfers will remain at 0% until September 1st 2005.
To check your Egg Card Small Print, select 'Banking' from the top of page you're now on. Then select 'Egg Card' followed by 'Small Print'. Choose the 'Egg Card Credit Agreement' relevant to your application date.
Let me know if you need any further help.

I would email back and tell them you have conflicting dates and ask them to confirm the correct date - just to be sure and save any hassle. I am sure they would have to honour your email anyway.
