1/4/19 GTC will be the only BIN option on ebay

As from 1st April 2019 the only option for a BIN listing on ebay will be GTC- this applies to both business and private sellers. This was announced in the business updates- but there has been no targeted notification for private sellers who may be unaware.
As this has caused a lot of traffic on other sites I am making this is a temporary sticky for a week or two until people are aware.
