Mine still came out of the wall the same as it did with IRESA however it would have cost me £250 a year more so I transferred away as soon as I could.
I work out what my DD should be and that's what I pay - providing they don't faff about with it my account balances out at the end of my contract.
In the end I don't really care about "customer service" as long as I can give them a reading and they use it for billing there's no need to communicate with them.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
