House buyer identity

Thanks but if people are going to judge without any understanding of the situation and ignore the request for help then this isn't really a very useful forum. Appreciate those who did attempt it however, seems like I have very little option but to assume all parties are acting above board.

Focus on obtaining your share of the equity of the property and moving on with your life. Once you are clear of the relationship, the clouds will soon be blown away.0

Why should you care who buys the house provided you get your proper and correct share of the money?0

As long as the property is sold for a fair market value, and you get 50%, why does it matter?0

What do you mean by "check the identity"? You'll know who the buyer is, because you'll be entering into a contract with them. Their solicitor is professionally obliged to check their identity, so you can be reasonably confident that they're a real person. Is there any way for me to check the identity of the potential buyer and ensure he has no relationship with my ex?
I'm not sure how you would satisfy yourself that they "have no relationship" with your ex? What would be the problem if they did?
You must admit that you're sounding a bit paranoid...I'm not being paranoid0 -
I don't see how you can establish whether or not your ex knows the prospective buyer.
The relationship has ended and by the sounds of things on a very sour note.
Just be glad you have found a buyer, take your money and move on to a fresh start.0 -
Nobody has judged you, until now. Thanks but if people are going to judge without any understanding of the situation and ignore the request for help then this isn't really a very useful forum. I am judging you, because you have criticised posters who, for the most part, replied with what they thought were sensible answers to whatever it was you asked. Thats's rude.
You have anonymity, so removing your post adds nothing to your personal security and helps no one else in a similar situation.0 -
With the first post being removed, I'm going to assume the original question was "my ex said my tallywaker is small. is it?"An answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0

Sorry OP you don't like being told what you didn't want the hear, I.E reality. If you don't want that, there's always mumsnet who will wrap you in cotton wool and smother you"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Anyones guess but looks like the OPs buyout from the ex may have not gone well.
