HELP!!excessive mortgage arrears fees claim

Please help I reclaimed my bank charges years ago through MSE and was success full and I wondered what is the process to claim my excessive mortgage arrears fees which when I calculated on here a few years ago added up to 9k+ but I never proceeded as I could not find a template letter for it. And I did not know how to word my claim letter.
