Missed deadline for popla appeal

I've just received my final written notice to pay the PCN in the next 28 days. Life has been dramatic of late and the whole thing slipped my mind. I have missed my window to apply for a popla appeal after having my initial appeal rejected from eurocarparks. Any ideas where I stand?

Did you get a PoPLA code? They last 32 days.
Complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

If the POPLA code no longer works (older than 33 days) you stand in the same place as all the people ignoring ECP who have either missed POPLA or lost at POPLA.I have missed my window to apply for a popla appeal after having my initial appeal rejected from eurocarparks. Any ideas where I stand?
Search the forum for Euro POPLA lost to learn abut why they are (at the time of typing this) safe to ignore. Saves us typing it all out again...please don't ask if they sue.
This is covered on every ECP thread! I've ignored them myself.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
