Credit Rating won’t improve no matter what I do.

The irony of you correcting someone about a credit score, but completely misunderstanding what a random number is.
You're not still trying to argue that the score has meaning surely? Even after everyone has already told you otherwise?
999/999 rating turned down for a basic card from VirginSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Got no particular reason I want or need it to go up. Was just curious as to why it wasn’t moving.
I’ll use the credit a few times and see if that makes a difference.0 -
It won’t move because it’s not a “thing”.
If anything taking out new credit makes it drop.0 -

Random numbers are numbers that occur in a sequence, such that two conditions can be met :
(1) the values are uniformly distributed over a defined interval or set, and
(2) it is impossible to predict future values based on past or present ones.
This is basically the system credit scores are based on, using various pieces of information to produce a number, however the CRA`s tend to use algorithims in their calculations, so please, explain the irony....I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
