Does the name on notice of intended prosecution form need to exactly match name on driving licence?

My husband received a notice of intended prosecution form today (S172) and one of the questions asks if his full name is present on the form. His full first and surname are printed on the form, but not his middle name. On his driving licence, his full first name, middle name and surname are present. Does the S172 form need to have his middle name as well if his driving licence has it on? Thanks

the company have not got access to his driving licence , the dvla gave them the name on the v50

He knows who it is therefore is not disadvantaged in any way. It is immaterial as a defence.0

He isn't asking for a defence, he just wants to fill the form in correctly so that he isnt penalised any more than he already is. He just wants to pay his £100 fine and get his 3 points and finish the issue at that.0
