Hi,
Just trying to decide on which Conveyancing solicitor to use. We have been in talks with one who is a little more expensive than others but has provided a full breakdown and included certain items which others haven't.
Does this look like an exhaustive list or have people experienced additional charges and what were the reasons for this?

Stamp Duty Land Tax
Land Registry Registration Fee
Local Authority Search
Drainage Search
Environmental Search
Land Registry Search

Yes we have discussed that with them at length already. But we have not officially signed anything with them so I don't think they could now charge us for said advice.0
