iPhone XR on Mobiles.co.uk (Vodafone) wrong tarrif

Hi,
My wife ordered an iPhone XR via Mobiles.co.uk with Vodafone for £299 on a 24 month contract at £24/month. It is still advertised on their site.
On “My Vodafone”, however, it is showing up as £26/month.
I rang mobiles.co.uk and they said to contact Vodafone. I used Vodafone’s web chat and they said that if I went into a Vodafone store they would fix it. In the Vodafone store they said it was the responsibility of Mobiles.co.uk and that the Vodafone web chat shouldn’t have told us to go into a store. I rang mobiles.co.uk and the Vodafone store manager spoke to them. They agreed that we would be reimbursed and would hear from mobiles.co.uk within 5 days.
We haven’t, and it hasn’t been rectified. Any suggestions? The guy in the Vodafone store did seem to be helpful and sympathetic but we just don’t seem to be hetting anywhere with this.
Thanks in advance!

Id say your port of call is mobiles.co.uk but if they were given the wrong info in the first place then they don't check it, they just get it posted on the website.
Maybe try Resolver, there is a vodafone rep on here, they may be able to help.
See, I go sim only with no issues, buy a phone when I want and I stay clear of Vodafone.0 -
Thanks very much. I notice that this offer is now shown on the Cheap iPhone deals page on MSE!0
