    Ok thanks for the info. I was thinking that submitting my defence would still be necessary "just incase" i'll do this tomorrow. So if they drop the case is it the court or ppc that let you know?

    Latest update is after submitting my defence last week I have logged into mcol and see the latest action is not defence submitted but notification of claim discontinued... yesssssssss:rotfl:

    Now that is the end of this whole annoying saga.....right?
