young friend cancelled his insurance himself. had telematics fitted which insurer say they will deactivate remotely. When he gets new insurance will the new insurer fit a new black box and will they be able to access the data that was on his previous one, as I understand that data can only be accessed by myself and the insurer at the time of the first telematics.....its all a bit unclear
