This process will continue for a minimum of one round and a maximum of five rounds, the amount of rounds per day is at the producers discretion influenced by the amount of time left in the breakfast show.

Actually reading the Ts and Cs, this must just be to get rid of the prizes not won last week:
4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 08/04/19 and close at 23:59 on 14/04/19.
5. 2 x winners will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing.
