First Time Seller - Offer Received, What Now?

First time seller here. House went on the market around Christmas time at 325K. After 2 viewings in 2 months, we reduced the price to 315K two weeks ago. Yesterday, we had a third viewing, and received an offer 20 min. after they left our house. Frankly, I was surprised that someone would move that fast. Especially after…

Accepted an offer 6 weeks ago of 393 on selling price of 400. FTB purchaser dragging heels so after missing two deadlines for getting survey arranged, so last Weds put back on market. Two viewings on Fri/Sat and both offered - 393 and 395. Accepted 393 as purchasers have sold, banked equity, and living currently with parents.

Hopefully this will go through, but if not, it gives us the reassurance that we have a popular property, at the right price, and will resell again if necessary.

Property is selling despite Crashy Time and his Brexit woes if it is marketed right, looks presentable, and is priced to sell.........

20 plus years as a mortgage adviser for Halifax (have now retired), and I have pretty much seen it all....:D
