Mutual exchange advice needed? Have I been screwed over?

Hi,
I am a feeling a little bit worried, as I have been in the pro cess of a mutual exchange for weeks now and yesterday we both signed the documents. I’ve taken so much time off work to be in for electric/gas/general inspections/repairs etc, and yesterday morning on the day of the signings, the other tenant told me she was feeling unwell and couldn’t go. I told her I couldn’t take any more time off work; and she finally reluctantly agreed to go with me. So all the tenancy agreements were signed and finalised, but now I am trying to arrange a moving date (which we agreed was going to be at the weekend) and now she’s acting really shady. She said she needed to ask a van driver and people to help her, but then last night she said she didn’t know anybody as she doesn’t have much family around here. I offered to help her move, as I have lots of family helping me out, and then she refused my help and said she knew people who would help her move! Well she told me a different story earlier that day. Originally we were supposed to move on the Saturday, so I arranged all my family and a van driver for 12pm Sat, then she said it had to be Sunday, so I changed my plans again. Now she’s telling me she can’t give me an exact date!! I feel she’s going to be a sitting tenant and will refuse to move! I have so many angry people breathing down my neck about this as I have messed so many people around! I am all packed and ready to go, and am stressed out the the Max!!
So....my main question is, can I get her out of that property now that we have completed mutual exchange process and signed all the tenancy agreements? Or can she still have a change of heart and back out? I am literally at my wits end and don’t know what to do!!! Can anyone help?
Thanks
