PPI Claim done through Resolver - HSBC advise no record of claim!!!

Hi, I have put a claim into HSBC for miss sold PPI through Resolver.
I did 3 claims (for 3 separate loans ) in total (separately on Resolver) 2 of which have eventually paid out (started all 3 May 2018). The third, they advise me they have no record of, even though done through resolver exactly the same way as the other 2, on the same date! They advise only have record of the 2 complaints/claims which they have paid out!
Any suggestions as to what to do next?

Make a new complaint, not using Resolver?

Thank you, I was thinking this, but wondered if anyone new a way to resend all of the resolver stuff to them to save me re doing it all or if it was in breach of some regulations/guidelines?

Resolver is not perfect. What you describe as happened has been mentioned by others.

Resolver is just an E-mail template that harvests your information (in an aggregated form)

Why not just complain directly?
