Noisy tenant

Im renting a house with 2 students. The house is owned by my parents but they don't live there. One of the girls has been making large amounts of noise almost everyday durning the week until 2-4am. It is a family neighbourhood and the noise is effecting not just me but the neighbours.
I have spoken to her and she doesn't see it as an issue and has not stopped. We are giving her notice, however the notice period is 2 months. Is there anything we can do if she continues to make noise during this time?
thanks

* Do you have a tenancy agreement with your parents? Is it in your sole name or all 3 names?
* or are the 2 students your lodgers?
* do the 2 students have separate contracts each? or are they both named on the same contract?
* who do the students pay rent to: you or your parents?
* What is the exact wording in the students' contract regarding
a) fixed term of contract if any
b) notice
c) break clause
See also your local authority eg:

Yes I thinks so, and each had their own contract and no not lodgers, they pay the rent to my parents, (with the contract technically it says I am also paying, but im not) the length of the girl who is making noise was 1 year contract. It has a 6 month break clause (which is what we are gonna use to get her out, but if there is an issue with that for some reason she has already broken 3 of the tenancy agreements) It also says in the contract that we have to give 2 months notice if we want someone out

thanks for the link

If you want sensible advice, provide full answers:Yes I thinks so, and each had their own contract and no not lodgers, they pay the rent to my parents, (with the contract technically it says I am also paying, but im not)
No idea what you mean.
If they each have 'their own contract', how come 'it says I am also paying'? Their contracts would have nothing to do with you.
