Switch status not updated after 4 months!
Despite MSE, Cheap Energy Club being informed last December that my switch to Octopus Energy had completed I am still waiting for the status to be updated, and receive my £25 Cashback.
I asked Octopus Energy to resend the switch completed info yesterday, which they did.
It appears MSE is not that hot when it comes to putting its ‘house in order’!

Your account still has the status ‘switch in progress’ because we’ve not yet had an update from your supplier.
MSE, Cheap Energy Club have had two updates from Octopus Energy to say the switch was completed in December 2018!0 -
If you read past the first line of the FAQ linked to in #2 you will see what action you are advised to take!0
