Hi All,
Wondering if someone might be able to offer some advice please
I purchased a £700 bed for my son on the 27th September which was finally (and not without chasing) delivered and installed 7th December. Unfortunately the draw fronts for the bed were "not packed into the van" and therefore we were left without these.
After weeks of chasing again the draw fronts were delivered and installed on the 20th January.
BUT the draws and cupboard fronts don't match the picture or description of the bed I ordered.
I complained at the time by email and had a long phone conversation on the 21st Jan when they promised to fix the problems. I haven't heard from them since and have sent another email asking how they are going to rectify the issues with no response.
Question is what can I do?
I should add that in general, apart from the aesthetics of the bed, I am fairly happy with the quality and my son likes it.

You have the same rights against the card provider as the retailer, so yes, you can raise a claim with them.0

If you want all your money back then the bank can do a chargeback for this. There isn't much time left for this as the 120 day timeframe began on 07/12/18.
If you just want the correct drawers to be fitted (as you like the bed) then a S75 claim to cover these costs could be a better solution although I don't know if you could source them.
Both options will require proof that the bed isn't as described. Contact your card provider and seek their help and advice.

Thanks eco_warrior :-) I sent an email on Thursday with screenshots of all our correspondence and supporting photos as a "let's get this sorted for once and for all". I'm going to be chasing them today but if they don't step up and fulfil their obligations as a retailer then I'll have to get onto my cc provider!0
