MSE switching incomplete
So after doing a switch on the MSE Energy tool it turns out that only my Gas has switched to the new tariff and not the Electricity.
The supplier says that they weren’t informed about the Electricity being switched and that I should contact the tariff switching company.
But there seems no way to do this? No email address or contact form...
How can I get this sorted out?
Is there any way to contact someone in the Energy Saving Club?
