Am I traceable from a yahoo email, mobile number?

The OP has made a major blunder by posting this on here.
If the fraudster reads it they will easily identify who they are by referring to earlier posts that they have made.
Of course it's a real sim card and active number (being used). Sorry for the confusion. I just didn't register my number with my name or anything. Hope that clarifies that.0 -
Can you make a direct complaint to the police ?0

“ Could she track the location of the sim as she knows the phone number? They ping the location to a mobile tower I think
Could she know the location or IP address of where I made and sent the email from?
If I dob her in, I don't want any kind of revenge coming back to me otherwise it's not worth it

The police could
A few years ago I was a minor side witness in an interesting case involving such matters.
There were threats made via email as part of the case.
The Police ID'd the message and got to the IP address it was sent from, located the real physical address and paid a visit to the owner.
They were "invited" either to cooperate and inform them who was using their computer system at the time (a visitor who thought they were being 'clever' using another's internet connection) or alternatively they could be arrested detained at the police station and have their computer equipment.all confiscated and analyzed. Not surprisingly they decided to provide the persons' ID since being detained by the police for an undetermined time might have adversely affected their continuing employment.
Other parts of the cases did involve locating of a mobile phone at a particular time and it was interesting to see the limits of what could be provided. They knew which cell/base station it was in contact with and could determine to an extent how far away it was/direction. It seems though at at that time/tech available they were unable to determine whether it was continually in street A or whether it moved to street B within the same village during the time in question. All that could be determined with certainly was that it was in the village - somewhere.0 -

Want to but want to make sure I'm totally anonymous. I have the probate details. Would I call crimestoppers or go into the station?0 -
Hopefully those names you've quoted are alias examples - otherwise you've just exposed yourself.0

I still have no idea what's going on :huh:0

Why did the beneficiary send the letter to the fraudster?0

Why did the beneficiary send the letter to the fraudster?
He's stupid. he trusts her. he lives abroad and doesn't speak English very well so doesn't know what's going on.
Who would I contact to report this to? Crimestoppers? The police fraud dept?
Basically the fraudster lady who was the executor wormed herself onto the will (she wrote and got old lady to sign). She is legally entitled to about £150,000 as is the foreign nephew if he got it. This is a civil dispute.
I could have got involved but couldn't have been anonymous so didn't want to.
However I want to report what might be criminal which is her also gifting herself money while she was the executor. This is separate money money on top of the money she gets in the will.
The address on the letter is also where I lived six years ago. A different name in a shared house, but traceable back to me?0 -
Not sure what you are frightened of, but, if you are, just step away.
You have informed the nephew, who doesn't seem too bright (English speaking or not) and he has decided to do nothing.
As the solicitor told you it was a civil case, I'm not sure the Police would be interested.
If she and her hit men haven't already tracked you down, I think you can rest easy.
If the Police report a 'textbook' murder, we'll know she did.....;)Drinking Rum before 10am makes you
