3 hour appointment for a kitchen design, 3 hour max stay

Short story, went to a kitchen design appointment. Parked outside the showroom in the car park, shared with B&Q and other such places. The design took 3.5 hours, and two weeks later I have a fine for £100 :(

Reckon it's worth an appeal? I'm assuming the 3 hour rule is to protect the businesses like the one I was visiting from having their car park abused.

The very first thing to do is to go back to your kitchen designer and get him to fix this.

That's it - nothing more to say at this stage.

You just need to read the NEWBIES thread and do what it tells you to do as regards a complaint to the retailer first, and the template appeal as KEEPER.

You should also make a formal complaint to the retail park owners to tell them that the time limit is unfit for purpose, given the nature of the retail appointments there at the kitchen shop.

Get really angry about this, it is a scam. Tell the retail park this as a fact.
