  • I have just won my case against these today about the same car park but I paid but the system entered my old registration which was the wrong VRN
    Please hold your nerve and follow the advice from CM etc they are a great help.
    One thing I will say they sent a representative to act on there behalf.

    George, can you give this OP on this thread:

    - your claim number
    - Judge's name and which court?


    Then they can refer to your case, in their favour. It sets no precedent but a case won like yours, makes a Judge think as to whether they are wrong if they are minded to side for the Scammers.

    So after sending my defence, I received a letter through the post advising me that Civil enforcement had 2 weeks to reply, from the 16/04/2019 , although it's now been 21 days and I am yet to hear anything? Is this normal?

    A 'Reply to Defence' is not mandatory.

    Check the NEWBIES thread post #2 again at every stage before posting as everything is covered there, including a link to bargepole's Court Procedures thread, about what happens when.

    They are trying to claim more than the laws allow. Some judges take a very dim view of this. Read this
