PCN for a motorbike in bus lane yet own a car

My OH has a BMW. He has received a PCN for a motorbike in a bus lane in London. The photo shows that the bike number plate is ****WHT. My OH car is ****WHL. So they have tracked the wrong number plate. I would ring them but there isn't a number for Lambeth Parking. So I appealed asking them to look again at the photos and get the correct registration and therefore the correct vehicle is the motorbike and not the car. I did not mention any owners. Is that enough. Can I do anything else.
Thanks

Hi there.
If this is a PCN from Lambeth Council then the forum that is most likely to be able to help is pepipoo. This forum deals with private parking companies.0 -
There is little else you can do now other than ask your question on pepipoo.com as advised, or wait to see if it gets cancelled.
I had a similar thing happen to me a few years ago.
I simply wrote back saying that I have never owned or been the registered keeper of a vehicle with that registration so they need to check again with the DVLA.
If you get any more problems you could point out that this is a breach of the GDPR as the council had no business requesting your personal data from the DVLA.
You could also complain to the DVLA as well if you so wished.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
