Recently been contacted by a company called Refund My Funds , offering to get back £12000 from a timeshare I invested in back in 2007 . The company are offering no win ,no fee but are asking us to fly out to Tenerife. They supply the hotel we pay for flights , anybody heard of or experienced this company ?

Did you not learn the first time you bought a timeshare ?
Do you not see the similarities in the MO ?
Do you think they perhaps can mysteriously get you a £12k refund but only if you spend £25k on another timeshare ?0 -

Somebody who cold calls you is almost certainly going to scam you - your decision.0
