From Paypal to Where?

Hi All
I need your brains please.
For a few years I have been doing surveys, and taking the money as Amazon vouchers.
Due to a change in circumstances, I am now using Paypal as a payment method. I want this cash to work hard for me though.
The account I was dumping it in, I have recently found out, pays 0.2% interest.
I earn approx £100 a month.
Wherr would I be better putting it?
An ISA?
A regular savings account?
