Hi Advisors and Helpers
After applying for 4 CCAs and a SARS on historic debts (2002/3) I am informed that all 4 are unenforceable. However, I have been paying a DMC a regular agreed amount every month for the past 6 years but in the light of this new information have recently stopped making these payments. Has anyone else in the forum had a similar experience as a result of information uncovered in a CCA or SARS:question:
