Been Parking for over three years in a parking lot in front of my Block of flats. two weeks ago UK-CPM placed a notice that we should all display Parking permit. The number on the notice did not advice how the permit can be obtained nor was there a parking fee specified. The answering machine only allows you to make payment for a fine. We were all given ticket in the third week. I challenged it and the appeal was was unsuccessful. A medium of an internal appeal is give in the letter and a threat of a county court suit. what can be a ground for a successful appeal? Can some one help?

you initially need to contact the land owner and ask if you are still allowed to park and where do you get permit from
this should be done seperatly by EACH AND EVERY car owner especially ones with tickets
you also ask them nicely to get you ticket cancelled due to frustration of contract
after you have all complained seperatly , he id going to wonder what the hell UK-Car Park Management are playing at0 -
Also, have a read through the newbies thread at the top of the first page of this board - it contains all the information you need in case the land owner can't/won't/doesn't cancel them.0

You appear to have missed the NEWBIES thread.
3rd post tells you why NOT to try IAS, and the 2nd post tells you how to defend a court claim, almost certainly successfully.
YOU MUST stop parking there you'd be better off on a double yellow than there!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
