Hello, does anybody know an email address to send a complaint via email so I can attach a word document please? It's hard work going round in circles on their website trying to find something !

You could submit the complaint using Resolver:

Once you have reached the "Start your case now" page, there is a tab at the bottom where you can add an attachment.0 -

You could send the e-mail of complaint with the attachment to:
Gillian.Drakeford@ikea.com (she is the retail manager for IKEA UK)
or
javier.quinones@ikea.com (He is the country manager)
and explain that you couldn't find a suitable customer service e-mail so could they forward it to the relevant people.
Even if they are not willing to forward it themselves, they may send you a suitable e-mil address for you to do so.0 -
