i placed an order over 2 weeks ago ,have emailed them over the last few days to track the progress but they have never replied, rang them today only to be told item is out of stock and theres not even an estimated date of arrival :mad: . the male i spoke to could not have more disinterested if he tried,just kept replying its out of stock ,well it wasnt bloody out of stock when i placed the order !

Oh dont even start me on them. The items on the site show as in stock, you add them to your basket and pay. Easy, especially as out of stock items show as "tell me when in stock" or something similar.

Luckily I called them, only to be told well actually all your order is out of stock. Why the hell they dont show that on the page is beyond me!!

I should have learned this lesson from my Dr Who preorders in summer, but I thought Id give them a chance to redeem themselves. But no, they fail again.

All I ask, and its not a big ask, is if an item is not in stock for goodness sake say so on the website!!

it was a "sarah jane " toy ,a treat for my daughter because she managed to lie still for 45 mins during an mri scan, it was showing in stock at the time and she has been ambushing the poor postie every morning.

Almost all their stock of Dr Who show as in stock, the reality is most of it isnt and wont be until January.

waste of time, and they used to be a brilliant company.

ooh-thats tough on your little girl x can you not get it elsewhere and cancel? What about Amazon?

cant get it anywhere else at the moment will take her to town at the weekend to make it up to her ,i have cancelled the order and sent an email telling them what i think of them [not that they wil ever read it !] but i certainly wont be bothering with them again.

Try here in future Chrissy 10th planet are far better for who stuff that's the link to their sarah jane stuff.

Sorry to hear about ur bad experience with Forbidden planet.

I had excellant service with them at the end of August. I'd ordered
a Figure that my boyfriend would have died for, but then he dumped me a day or 2 before it arrived. I rang them up and they stopped the order, refunded my dad's credit card within 48 hrs etc.

Hope u manage to get it somewhere else. i'll keep my fingers crossed for u

thanks fedupconsumer have ordered "sarah" from 10th planet , this site is much better than f/p.
