HELP - Have I been scammed?

I am appealing for help to find out if NEXTCOINMARKET.COM and GETFINANCIAL.COM safe companies to trade with for ForEx and Cryptocurrencies. Sadly I have money invested with them and it comes to my attention they are professional scammers and thieves.
The internet is full of mixed views of both these companies and some people say they are safe to do business with while others say they been scammed, so it hard to get an accurate picture.
Have you or do you know anyone has lost money & bitcoins to either of these organisations?
I noticed they are not FCA approved but that does not mean they scammers.
I hope someone on this forum can help. Thanks in advance

Hi, i have been scammed too, i have lost 11k of my money, im not sure if im going to get it back, i am at my wits end, with worry, i dont know what to do, i have been in touch with my bank, the fca and action fraud, i have also written to the newspapers and now consumer programmes, i hope i can get some solace from this.
i would appreciate any words of comfort.
regards

I can't offer any words of comfort. They are apparently based in Bulgaria, but probably actually operate from somewhere else.
I would think you have zero chance of getting any money back, and you are also likely to be targeted by people telling you that they can get your money back (but actually just want more of your money).
Sorry, but the money is almost certainly long gone. If you used a credit card to make payments, it may be possible to recover something, but if you made direct bank transfers then I doubt there is any hope at all.0 -

If you're not willing or able to carry out full and deep investigation of a company before handing over your money to them, then many investing is not for you. Put your money in an ISA or just a normal saving account instead.
Handing over you cash to some dodgy company you found on the internet in the hope of making a quick buck is *never* going to end well for you.
Also: All those Nigerian princes who keep emailing you - they're lying too.0 -
Hahaha well that escalated quickly!
@Jackie2010 Even if they were regulated, like all investments they can go down as well as up!
People who do little research, or are unprepared for the worst get little sympathy here...0 -
In the time it took for you to type that post which let your true character out you could have answered some of the questions asked by people trying to help,
How much are you down?0 -
Jackie2010, The likes of Colsten, Eskbanker, and lots of other people on this site, have given me and probably hundreds of other people on these forums, lot's of advice and warnings about scammers, and also they have given me good advice (along with lots of other people on the forum), with regards to banking and advice whenever I have asked for help. To call someone an !!!!!! for something you did of your own free will is an insult to the clever and knowledgeable people on this site. I would always ask for advice if I am not sure what I am doing. To the likes of Colsten, Eskbanker, and lots of others who are prepared to help others, please keep up the excellent work you are doing0
