I understand the reason for sending the template on day 26 for a windscreen ticket.
I have recently noticed Coupon-mad suggesting that the PPC should put tickets on hold for 30 days whilst the keeper seeks debt advice.
If such a phrase were to be incorporated into the template would the PPC be more likely to fail POFA ?
Any thoughts ?

That '30 days' is a feature of the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims.
See para 4.
It is therefore only applicable after a Letter of Claim has been issued.0 -
