Dear all looking for the wisdom of crowds.
You may have seen today that first utility has been renamed Shell energy (https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2019/03/first-utility-changes-its-name-to-shell-energy/?utm_source=MSE_Newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_term=26-Mar-19-575-6&utm_campaign=nt-oneliners-two&utm_content=12)
Unfortunately RBS reward only pays 2% cashback on listed suppliers, first utility is on the list, shell energy is not. As such reward cash back will not be earned.
I have contacted RBS to ask then to add this name change, but they not having it, and just saying the list is the list.
Does anyone know how or who to directly contact to get Shell energy on their rewards list?
Thanks in advance

RBS one would assume
They can choose who they do and don’t want to offer it for0 -
It's a rebrand of First Utility not a new company. Probably still using the same bank account to process the DDs through.
Very unlikely to be a problem.0
