Missing Voucher for Age Car Insurance

Hi,


Has anyone actually managed to get one of the Vouchers 'blagged by MSE' for Age car insurance? I took out Insurance with them over 4 months ago and have never heard anything. I contacted them and they said it was nothing to do with them (even though their web site showed the voucher details when I clicked through MSE - It wasn't an intermediary).
I've tried emailing the [EMAIL="voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com"]voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com[/EMAIL] address (nearly 10 days ago) but have not had a reply apart from the automated "we'll get back to you". I've tried replying back to this and just got my own message back as an automated reply (Not a bounce, but an actual reply with my message, the original message and nothing else!).


Anyone else having problems?

3 weeks and still no response from MSE.
Isn't this ironic from site that spends a lot of time highlighting poor customer support!

Hi LazySaver, sorry to hear you've not received your voucher from Age UK.

The vouchers or free gifts for an Age UK deal can take up to 120 days to arrive from the day your policy started, not from the day of purchase so it’s probably best to double check that it is overdue first.

If this is the case, the quickest way to get this sorted is to contact Age UK directly at affiliateenquiries@ageuk.org.uk and they will be be able to help.
