UKPC requesting the full name and address of driver

Hi there,
I recently started an appeal against a PCN received from UKPC. I used the template found in the NEWBIES thread. UKPC have now sent a letter asking for the full name and address of the driver before they are able to issue a POPLA code. Additionally the PCN reference number is incorrect, so I can't conduct any of this online, only via post. Is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance for your help

This is standard behaviour by UKPC, I’m surprised you haven’t seen this in dozens upon dozens of other UKPC threads - you are reading others about this PPC, aren’t you?
So much more to learn by not corralling yourself within your own thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
