Unsuitable Chairs

We bought 3 easy chairs at Furniture Village 8 days ago and made a single payment for them by credit card. One of the chairs was on special offer and we brought it home with us. The others are due for delivery in about 6 weeks. My wife has a bad back and the chair we have plus one of those on order were bought because she found them very comfortable in the shop, but she now finds that our new chair is causing pain in her back. We imagine that we cannot return that chair as it was on special offer, but can we cancel the order for the other matching chair?

You can't return the chair you already have as you've used it, not because it was purchased on offer. You only have the right to cancel those on order if the paperwork allows for cancellations.
