    I don't have an N1 Form, I just have the POC that CCBC emailed to me that had my old address on - the address that I lived at at the time of the alleged incident and the judgement.

    Have you checked if you qualify for help with court fees? If not then your N244, the £255 fee, and your WS and draft order, with those two dates left bank for the Judge to decide, can be taken to your local court asap.

    Is it worth mentioning in the WS that the CCJ never showed up on my Experian credit report? I only found it because it showed up on Clear Score, which is an Equifax report. To explain why I haven't been aware of it before now.

    If I did this would I need to append a copy of the report to show it's not mentioned on there?

    The court won't be interested in Experian's failure.
