Please don’t get upset if I’m asking asked questions. I HAVE READ THE NEWBIE THREAD!! I don’t understand what to do next. I have appealed to Athena who declined and then further also appealed to IAS who also declined. I overstaed by 20 minutes due to long que, then have wrong bank card and having to collect correct bank card with two small toddlers and 7.5 months pregnant which sent me over. I would like to write to Lidl as I’m regular shopper and find this unfair but not sure which template to use. Please direct me to correct info. Thank you

Search the forum forAthena Lidl CEO and send an email to get it cancelled. That's the only way to cancel Lidl/Athena ones. No point appealing, you wasted your time.
The NEWBIES thread does say always complain to the retailer, first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
