Is this the part where they start sending letters to me? So you're saying to ignore it until they escalate further0 -
How do I tell if a company is litigious or not and if it's safe to ignore letters. Also, is ignore still the recommended practice or is sending them back a letter better0

Post #4 on that thread explains how to deal with the debt collectors letters you will undoubtedly receive.
You need to be referring to post #2 on that thread if/when you receive either a Letter of Claim or official court correspondence.0 -

We never know how litigious a company will be. The majority will be to scared to go court by themselves so they use crackpot so called legals to try and do their dirty work.
The crackpots often fail because they try to scam a court with rubbish ....... You lost at POPLA, no big deal they also employ crackpots and they are an old dinosaur.
You ignore idiot debt collectors with no power and wait to see if the PPC/Crackpot legal sends you a LBC.
Then you return here for help so you can zap this rubbish0
