Moving Hosue
Hi everyone,
I am due to move into my first home shortly, can anyone advise what the the procedure is for paying for utilities power, water etc. Does it transfer with the house? ie I automatically take on the previous owners agreement or am I required to create my own 'deals' on day one?
All a bit confusing.
Thank you.
