Recognize This Door Latch?

It's a bit of a long shot but does anyone know where I can get a spring latch similar to photo 1?

The door is a fire door and it appears to look like a standard lock on the door as photo 2.

I have put quite a few permutations in google but cannot find anything similar. Perhaps I am describing it wrongly.

Have you tried taking the latch off the door to see if there is a manufacturers name or model/part number somewhere on it?

Thanks but I have looked all over it and there are no markings.

It's an Easi-keep Latch. I saw your post yesterday but couldn't help, but I noticed a very similar lock today while looking for door latches on the Carlisle Brass website. Have a look here:
