Hi, this is the first time I have posted. Today we received a letter from Parking collection services stating we have an outstanding parking fine. Allegedly we parked in a carpark in Ipswich and as a result we have been fine. Firstly we have never been to Ipswich and leave 250 mile away, and on the day in question our car…
