Hi,
I am thinking about taking out the Help To Buy Equity loan so that I can buy a property....
Property is £235,000:
£125,000 Deposit
£63,000 Mortgage
£47,000 Equity Loan
While leaving £30,000 in stock Investments and £10,000 in cash.
Are you eligible to take out an Equity Loan whilst also being invested in stocks?
I can't find any rule stating you can't have stock investments, but maybe it's hidden in some small print somewhere?
