    I looked up Crawley Borough Council ratepayers & spreadsheet for July 2018 shows that NCP was the ratepayer for these car parks, so not Crawley Cross Keys at that time anyway:

    - Car Park, Parkside,
    - Kingsgate Multistorey,
    - National Car Parks Ltd, The Boulevard,
    - Car Pk. Adj.St John'S Ch., The Broadway,
