Viessmann Boiler Feedback

I haven't done research on all of the brands, but I have looked a fair bit in to Viessmann - specifically the Vitodens 200W Combi 30(or35)kW model.
Long story short; I am looking for useful feedback from anyone who has a newer Viessmann or sells/installs/services/repairs boilers in general. I have heard they are difficult and expensive to service and repair, for instance. Any tips for sourcing Viessmann boilers cheaper than their RRP, any specifics on what sort of accessories I might need with one (their list is long and vague). Lastly, any recommended competitor products with similar warranty, energy efficiency and features that are worth a look. I am a bit of a technophile, so am looking for a system with a (preferably colour) touchscreen control and app connectivity - I find the standard boiler controls to be both fiddly and ugly!

Too many people spend money they earned...to buy things they don't want...to impress people they don't like.
