Hello, try AVG Spyware. Download the free version. After a month it will give you an option to pay, but you don't need to (I don't), you'll just need to run a manual scan every few days after that.

Also, look at the AVG Virus Guard (again, the free version).

Both are excellent. Funnily, I personally found the alternatives that you have to pay for to have been awful.

If you're interested, I use the Zone Alarm free Firewall as well. All 3 products work very well together without any slowing down of my pc, etc.

once you have done that

Run ATF Cleaner by doubleclicking ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
