If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 36 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

Hot Tub
There is one prize consisting of Award Leisure Suite 2500L hot tub (“Hot Tub”), which includes the following:
· Matching steps with handrail and planters;
· Thermal cover with lockable catches;
· Cover lifter – a mechanism to help put the cover on the Hot Tub and remove it;
· Adjustable umbrella;
· Drinks cooler;
· Foldaway table;
· Colour changing waterline and underwater lighting;
· Waterfall feature; and
· Chemical starter pack.

This includes delivery to the winner’s UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man home address (“Location”). The winner will be contacted by the Prize Provider within twenty-eight (28) days of winner confirmationto arrange delivery and installation of the Hot Tub. The Prize Provider of the Hot Tub shall provider the winner with a checklist to complete to determine the suitability of the proposed site. The winner will be required to have both: (i) a firm and level foundation for a Hot Tub e.g. a patio or decking area; and (ii) appropriate side access to the winner’s chosen site (“Requirements”). If the winner’s chosen site does not meet the Requirements the Prize Provider for the Hot Tub shall provide the winner with a detailed breakdown of all strictly necessary costs to be paid by the winner to enable the winner’s chosen location to meet the Requirements (“Quote”). If such Quote is approved by the winner, the Prize Provider for the Hot Tub shall conduct delivery and installation without undue delay. If the winner does not agree with the Quote, they reserve the right to independently organise an alternative third party to meet the Requirements prior to the Prize Provider of the Hot Tub installing the Hot Tub. The Promoter will assist the winner in covering the cost of meeting the Requirements up to a maximum value of one thousand pounds (£1,000). If the cost of meeting the Requirements is in excess of one thousand pounds (£1,000), the winner will be required to pay such additional costs.

The winner must be the homeowner of the Location or must obtain the permission from the homeowner before seeking to take up the Hot Tub element of the Prize. In addition, the winner must ensure that it has all necessary permissions and planning consents as required in order to claim the Hot Tub element of the prize. Failure to obtain such homeowner and/or planning permissions or consents may result in forfeiture of the Hot Tub element of the prize. Please note that only the prize winner may take up the Hot Tub element of the prize and such up take is non-transferable.
